You are interested in Linux, distributed software infrastructures and Industry 4.0 flair?

At KINEXON Customer Service, you are the central player in the operation of our Real Time Location System KINEXON OS and attached software plug-ins. It enables our industries clients to automate their production, based on location data. Our system interacts with tools, robots, PLC´s, web services, API´s and many more.

 

YOUR IMPACT
  • Debugging and finding workarounds using the application’s GUI, bash terminal, metrics, and direct communication with our developers

  • Communicating and escalating issues with our customers and external parties

  • Holding regular meetings with customers, project managers, and developers to coordinate and plan actions

  • Establishing ways to make our operations more efficient and lean

  • Handling tickets and documentation based on ITIL processes


YOUR SKILLS
  • You are interested in IT and understand abstract processes

  • You have some basic knowledge of Linux

  • You are experienced with ticket systems such as Jira or ServiceNow, and documentation tools like Confluence

  • You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • You work independently and take responsibility for your actions

  • You are able to work weekends and participate in paid on-duty shifts

  • Experience with automotive suppliers is a plus

  • Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
