Senior Customer Success Manager

The grocery industry is working in the dark when it comes to pricing, promotion, and product information to inform their strategies. Datasembly is changing that. This is a massive industry with billions of dollars on the line every year. Datasembly’s data-driven approach is changing how these companies are thinking about pricing strategy, deploying billions of dollars, and communicating both internally and externally. Senior Customer Success Managers guide Datasembly clients from onboarding through renewal and expansion. In this role, you will partner with customers to ensure Datasembly data and software support their business goals. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for assigned strategic CPG, Retailer, and/or Partner accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. 
  • Proactively identify customer needs and drive effective communication through cross-functional partnership with Solutions Engineering, Product, and internal leadership. 
  • Manage business reviews, customer success plans, strategic executive conversations, and relationship expansion across the customer’s organization. 

Education and Experience 

  • 5-10 years of proven customer success experience. This role requires experience with the growth, development, and retention of key customer accounts 
  • Ability to manage the customer lifecycle to proactively encourage ongoing customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion 
  • Experience working with or for Retailers or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies preferred  
  • Excellent communication, teamwork mentality, and interpersonal skills, The Sr CSM will work as part of the Customer Success team to develop strategies for scale and growth 
  • Skilled at building relationships with key decision makers within customer accounts 
  • Ability to thrive in a hyper-growth, fast-moving environment 

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
