Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

What is the Developer Led Growth (DLG) Team?

At the heart of our mission is a simple goal: to make choosing and integrating authentication a delightful experience for every developer.

We’re the DLG team, essentially Product Led Growth (PLG), but for developers using Auth0. We are a high-impact, multidisciplinary engine that includes Developer Relations, Developer Marketing, our Startup Program, Product Activation and Conversion. We don't just move metrics, we build the journey that turns curious developers into lifelong advocates.

Why This Role?
  • Great Visibility: You will provide the analytical backbone for the entire DLG organization, turning cross-functional data into a unified narrative.
  • Autonomy: We trust you to own your domain. This isn't a role for a cog in the machine, you’ll have the freedom to identify opportunities and drive the strategy.
  • True Variety: From analyzing startup ecosystem trends to optimizing conversion funnels, no two weeks will look the same.
  • Deep Collaboration: You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and community, working with stakeholders across the entire company to fuel our growth.

If you’re a curious analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, developer first environment and wants to see their work directly influence how the world’s engineers build, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports related to the DLG business
  • Build and maintain DBT models and custom SQL queries to analyze DLG business
  • Investigate and understand discrepancies in the data
  • Help DLG automate and scale processes, find areas of opportunity for process improvements.
  • Analyze A/B experiments and DLG initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, ops, marketing, finance and product to understand their challenges, dive into the data and share insights that solve business problems.
Qualifications
  • +5 years of experience working in data analytics-related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, computer science, economics or relevant field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling: cleaning, modeling and transforming large and complex datasets into usable and trusted models.
  • Familiarity with DBT (data build tool), Git and Snowflake data warehouse is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of visualization tools, ideally Tableau, and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to analyze data discrepancies and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiar with AI tooling, e.g. Copilot, Clay.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical teams (data engineering) and business users (marketing, product, revenue, etc).
    • Stakeholder management and prioritization skills

Nice to have

  • PLG experience
  • Experience building and working with AI Agents
  • Translating complex developer behavior into product insights
  • AB testing experimentation experience
  • Revenue modeling and forecasting knowledge
