Lead retention and marketing analytics: build lifecycle and segmentation frameworks, design and analyze A/B tests, drive personalization and KPI dashboards, automate retention reporting, and partner with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Data Engineering to turn insights into action.
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead Retention & Marketing Analytics across the GoMining ecosystem.
You will partner closely with our Marketing and CRM teams to build a data-driven retention strategy — from customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics to A/B testing, personalization, and automated performance insights.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical expertise with a deep understanding of user behavior, CRM, and retention mechanics.
Responsibilities:Retention & Marketing Analytics- Build and develop a scalable retention analytics framework across the customer lifecycle.
- Define and maintain retention KPIs, lifecycle metrics, and marketing performance dashboards.
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Deliver actionable insights that drive marketing and product decisions.
- Develop customer segmentation models (RFM and beyond) to improve targeting and retention.
- Design data-driven personalization strategies based on user behavior, interests, and lifecycle stage.
- Support the implementation of personalized customer experiences across marketing channels.
- Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to optimize user journeys.
- Design and analyze A/B tests for CRM campaigns, marketing initiatives, and retention improvements.
- Define experiment methodology, success metrics, and statistical evaluation.
- Measure long-term cohort impact and provide recommendations based on experiment results.
- Help establish best practices for experimentation across Marketing and CRM teams.
- Automate retention reporting and marketing performance monitoring.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems used by Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Develop automated insights and anomaly detection for key retention metrics.
- Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and scalable analytics infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, CRM Analytics, or Retention Analytics.
- Strong experience analyzing customer lifecycle, retention, and user behavior.
- Proven experience designing and evaluating A/B tests for CRM communications and marketing initiatives.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, or similar.
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation methodologies, including RFM and behavioral segmentation.
- Experience building retention and marketing KPI frameworks.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery (preferred), Snowflake, Redshift, or AWS.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business decisions.
- English B2/C1.

- Experience with machine learning and recommendation systems.
- Experience building real-time personalization models.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or high-scale B2C products.
