This is Hybrid role (3 days in office / 2 day remote)

 What will be your responsibilities within IBKR: 

  • Own and maintain datasets supporting attribution, campaign performance, and customer lifecycle analysis
  • Design and automate data pipelines for real-time and batch processing of behavioral data
  • Build scalable analytical infrastructure for reporting and visualization
  • Develop standardized frameworks for attribution modeling and performance evaluation
  • Partner with analytics, and product teams to translate business needs into data solutions
  • Optimize Oracle databases and data models for high-performance querying
  • Drive continuous improvement in attribution methodologies and data governance practices

 What required skill’s you need:

  • 5+ years in data pipeline development (Python and Java required)
  • Advanced Python proficiency (Pandas, Polars)
  • Strong Oracle/SQL optimization expertise
  • Experience with Tableau
  • 2–3 years of Linux systems experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field

 

This role's anticipated base salary range is 200,000 to 250,000 annually based on skill's and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package.
