The Senior Data Operations Manager owns the systems and workflows behind client reporting, campaign delivery, and month-end billing. The role resolves data issues, manages custom requests, and connects Salesforce, Fivetran, Snowflake, Sigma, and partner platforms. Success requires technical judgment, prioritization, and clear cross-functional communication.

Key responsibilities
Own and prioritize data requests based on urgency, client impact, and revenue risk.
Build and maintain Sigma workbooks, Snowflake views, data models, and supporting data assets; troubleshoot issues across Salesforce, Fivetran, Snowflake, Sigma, and downstream reporting.
Manage reporting access, user permissions, onboarding, account changes, offboarding, external Snowflake shares, and client Data Dictionaries.
Maintain synchronization between Salesforce orders and DSP campaigns; resolve reporting and month-end exceptions involving campaign data, delivery, invoices, and product setup.
Maintain partner data feeds and support new data connections as business needs evolve.
Develop dashboards and custom analyses; resolve data-quality issues involving geography, campaign classification, conversion data, and delivery.
Automate repetitive processes, maintain documentation and training materials, and coordinate resolution with Ad Ops, Account Management, Sales, engineering partners, support teams, and vendors.
Required skills and experience
Strong SQL and Snowflake experience, including views, data shares, schemas, dependencies, and troubleshooting.
Advanced Sigma or comparable business-intelligence experience, including workbook design, data modeling, and client reporting.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, data pipelines, and SaaS connections such as Fivetran.
Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSP data, campaign delivery, reporting, reconciliation, and attribution.
Experience supporting client reporting, permissions, onboarding, and external data delivery.
Strong prioritization, communication, documentation, and cross-functional problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
Data automation or scripting experience, including Python or a similar language.
Ad tech, media analytics, or programmatic advertising experience.
Billing reconciliation and month-end exception-management experience.
We offer a base salary of $70,000-$90,000, but that's just the starting point. This role includes a generous performance-based bonus program, plus a full benefits package, because we believe in rewarding the people who help us grow.
