As part of our international AI/ML squad, you’ll craft tailor-made solutions that wow our clients. We’re hunting for a passionate AI Engineer with a solid technical background. Your mission? Train, deploy, and put groundbreaking developments into action — and that’s just the beginning.

You will be responsible for:

• Participating in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects.

• Building production level ML/AI solutions, with solid software engineering and ML/AI principles.
• MLOps
• Automated deployment and monitoring (models and infrastructure).
• Data analysis (data cleaning, variable transformation, etc.).
• Developing and training ML models.
• Putting AI models into production. This means parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, testing the models to deploy in a production environment.

• More than 7 years of experience in AI / Machine Learning / Computer Science.

• Knowledge of RAG-oriented architectures and frameworks, meaning the integration of language models with external data sources to generate enriched and up-to-date responses.
• Experience with Azure AI (Azure OpenAI, AI Search) or equivalent services in other cloud providers, as well as frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.
• Strong experience in Microsoft Azure, including infrastructure design and deployment, use of Terraform for infrastructure as code, configuration and management of private endpoints, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Functions, and integration services.
• Good command of English, able to hold conversations with native speakers.
• Preferred proficiency in Java, though experience in Python or .NET is also valued.
• Good development principles are very valuable!
