What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end data architecture and analytics solutions, including the design and implementation of schemas and data models within Snowflake
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to integrate and consolidate data from multiple sources into a trusted reporting environment
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, delivering clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Support and enhance forecasting models leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques, including trend analysis and outlier identification
- Serve as the primary point of contact for STU reporting, providing insights and resolving data-related questions
- Lead data validation processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and reliability of reporting outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and translate them into analytical solutions
- Drive process automation and modernization efforts, including transitioning legacy systems to scalable platforms
- Maintain alignment with enterprise standards for data governance, quality, and reporting consistency
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights effectively to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders
What You Have
Technical and Analytical Expertise
- Extensive knowledge of statistical methods, modeling techniques, and analytical tools used to solve complex business problems
- Knowledge of principles, technologies and algorithms of machine learning and deep learning, with demonstrated ability to develop, implement and deliver related solutions
- Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, and advanced data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
Data Engineering and Platforms
- Advanced proficiency in:
- SQL (including Snowflake SQL)
- Python
- Hands-on experience with:
- Snowflake (data warehousing and architecture)
- Power BI (dashboard development and insights delivery)
- Cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, EC2, or equivalent)
- Alteryx (used in current-state processes and data transformation workflows)
- Ability to design, build, and manage end-to-end data pipelines and reporting solutions
Business Partnership and Communication
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and efficiency
Execution and Ownership
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple, broadly scoped initiatives independently
- Experience owning analytical processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives
What Will Set You Apart
- 5+ years of experience delivering end-to-end analytics solutions, from data pipeline development through insights delivery
- Experience with AWS Cloud platform and AWS Glue
- Proficiency in R in addition to Python and SQL
- Experience in data governance, analytics transformation, or system migration initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
