This role operates with increased autonomy and discernment, translating creative direction into refined, purposeful design solutions that meet both creative and business goals.
Senior Designers are trusted contributors on projects — shaping workstreams, mentoring peers through example, and helping elevate the overall quality, clarity, and efficiency of design across teams.
What You'll Do
- Craft quality and clarity of final deliverables across brand and product surfaces
- Ability to independently drive scoped workstreams from concept through delivery
- Range and versatility across brand expression and UI/UX system design
- Effectiveness in cross-disciplinary collaboration and stakeholder communication

- Lead scoped design workstreams from concept through delivery, ensuring high craft quality and strategic alignment.
- Translate creative direction into refined, brand-appropriate executions across brand identity systems and UI/UX systems.
- Demonstrate range across expressive brand work and structured digital design, with the ability to move fluidly between both.
- Bring strong taste and a high bar for craft through art direction, typography, composition, and detail.
- Ability to think conceptually and bring abstract ideas into tangible designs
- Demonstrate an understanding and awareness of design and marketing landscape to identify novel and distinct opportunities for brand experiences, storytelling, and systems
- Apply strong design judgment to elevate work quality, clarity, and cohesion across deliverables.

- Follow and help refine team workflows and standards to improve efficiency and quality.
- Explore new methodologies and technologies to improve how we deliver work.
- Support the growth of Designers through informal mentorship, feedback, and modeling strong design practices.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and learnings with the broader design team.
- Contribute to a collaborative, curious, and high-performing design culture.
- Use of Google Workspace and Slack for documentation, presentation, and async communication.
- Active participation in team systems for critique, documentation, and async rituals.
- Openness to exploring new tools that improve craft and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- This role may take on related responsibilities as needs evolve, kept aligned to the role’s level and core purpose.
What You'll Bring
- Advanced proficiency required in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for high-fidelity production and visual refinement.
- Demonstrated experience designing brand-forward digital experiences, with clear ownership and live launches in your portfolio.
- Strong foundation in visual design, hierarchy, typography, and UI/UX.
- Fluency in interaction design, with comfort prototyping to explore, validate, and refine direction.
- Ability to balance expressive brand moments with scalable, extensible systems.
- Experience collaborating closely with strategy and technology partners.
- Solid understanding of the design-to-development process, including handoff and VQA.
- Fluency in contemporary digital workflows, with curiosity to experiment with new tools and technologies when they meaningfully advance the work.
- Clear communication skills, a distinct point of view, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and stakeholders.
- A high bar for the work, shaped by ambition, curiosity about where digital experiences are headed, and a clear sense of responsibility for their broader impact.
Pay Range
- The expected pay range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments
