The person we're looking for

We're seeking a Senior Designer with a strong foundation in visual design and a passion for bringing our brand to life. You'll apply strong conceptual thinking and a deep understanding of visual systems to create polished, production-ready work for our internal brand, presentations, case studies, and social channels.

Job Overview

Some things you will be responsible for: 

  • Help evolve and maintain the Multiplayer brand identity across all of our touch points
  • Support our team with the creation of visual systems that strengthen our brand, convey complex ideas, and support marketing & branding
  • Craft pitch presentations and new business assets that reflect our brand identity, values, and offerings
  • Design case studies that tell the story of our work and help win new business
  • Create social assets that share our work, our culture, and our point of view
  • Create rapid iterations to speed up decision making
  • Utilize AI in your creative workflow, supporting ideation and synthesis
  • Utilize strong storytelling skills to tap into human emotions

Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-time industry experience as a designer
  • A track record of designing digital products, websites, or brands
  • Strong visual design skills, with a sharp eye for typography and layout
  • Confident presenting your work and turning stakeholder feedback into better outcomes
  • Self-directed, but a natural collaborator across distributed teams
  • A portfolio that shows real craft and clear problem-solving
  • At least 3 hours of daily overlap with Toronto time (ET)
