The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

The Role

We are looking for a creative Senior Developer Relations Engineer who is a strong public speaker and with the technical chops to build and share the Monad technology across various social mediums. Your work will be vital to helping builders find and thrive in the Monad ecosystem.

What You Will Do
  • Evangelize Monad’s technology to developers, explaining Monad’s unique selling points and showing them how easy it is to use Monad

  • Participate as a panelist in industry-related discussions, sharing expertise and insights on relevant topics

  • Conduct hands-on workshops to educate and engage participants on specific tools, technologies, or methodologies

  • Represent the Monad Foundation across industry events, media interviews, podcasts, and video segments to increase visibility and share expertise

  • Reach new communities, incubators, and university groups via hackathons, live coding sessions, conferences, and more!

  • Develop educational content (blog posts, instructional videos) to teach developers how to benefit and onboard to Monad

Who You Are
  • Prior experience building web3 developer communities

  • Public speaking and teaching experience

  • Enjoys coding in public!

  • Excellent knowledge of Solidity and Typescript or strong expertise of what it takes to ship a dapp

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
