Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer, Martech to embed directly within our Marketing and Revenue teams owning, building, and evolving the systems that power our demand generation engine.

This is a hands-on builder role, responsible for designing and scaling our martech ecosystem while actively developing automations, workflows, and AI-powered solutions that transform how marketing executes.

You will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, translating growth objectives into scalable systems, clean data architecture, and measurable pipeline impact. Success in this role is defined by systems adopted, workflows transformed, and revenue influenced, not just tools implemented.

A Day in the Life (Responsibilities)

Build & Scale GTM Systems

  • Own the end-to-end marketing technology stack, ensuring it supports full-funnel demand generation and revenue growth.

  • Design and evolve a scalable martech architecture aligned to GTM priorities and performance outcomes.

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools across marketing automation, data systems, analytics, and digital experience platforms.

Marketing Automation & Lifecycle Execution

  • Architect and build marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) supporting lead capture, nurturing, scoring, and conversion.

  • Design lifecycle strategies using segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers.

  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure seamless lead flow, routing logic, and conversion optimization.

Data Architecture & Systems Integration

  • Own integrations and data flow across marketing platforms and downstream revenue systems, ensuring full-funnel visibility and reporting accuracy.

  • Build scalable segmentation frameworks to enable targeted, high-impact campaigns.

  • Improve data quality, enrichment, and governance to enhance targeting and performance.

Tracking, Attribution & Analytics

  • Implement and manage tracking frameworks across digital channels using GA4, GTM, and UTMs.

  • Build and refine multi-touch attribution models connecting marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue.

  • Leverage analytics and UX tools (Hotjar) to optimize user behavior and conversion paths.

  • Utilize SEO and performance tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console) to improve acquisition and visibility.

Performance Marketing & Experimentation

  • Support paid media efforts across search, social, and retargeting channels.

  • Build and scale A/B testing frameworks (Optimizely or similar) to continuously improve conversion rates.

  • Drive ongoing experimentation to increase marketing efficiency and ROI.

AI, Automation & Workflow Innovation

  • Identify high-leverage marketing workflows and build automation solutions using tools like Clay and AI platforms such as Claude.

  • Design scalable, repeatable systems — prioritizing reusable frameworks over one-off builds.

  • Support outbound and social automation strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) using tools like MeetAlfred or similar.

Compliance & Data Governance

  • Ensure all systems and processes comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR) and internal standards.

  • Manage consent and compliance platforms (CookiePro) to maintain regulatory alignment and data integrity.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the primary bridge across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT for all GTM systems initiatives.

  • Manage vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure performance and scalability.

  • Create documentation, playbooks, and standardized processes that enable team-wide adoption and efficiency.

What You’ll Need to Thrive (Requirements)

  • 5–8+ years in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital marketing within a performance-driven environment.

  • Hands-on experience with Clay and AI platforms such as Claude is required.

  • Deep expertise across:

    • Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp)

    • Data systems, integrations, and pipeline visibility

    • Tracking & analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager)

    • Experimentation & UX tools (Optimizely, Hotjar)

  • Proven experience building and optimizing martech stacks that directly impact pipeline and revenue.

  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, attribution models, funnel metrics, and conversion optimization.

  • Experience leveraging SEO and performance tools (SEMrush, Google Search Console).

  • Experience integrating or building workflows with AI APIs or LLM-based tools in production environments.

  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills.

  • Builder mindset — able to design, implement, and optimize systems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or aviation/aerospace industries.

  • Experience supporting paid media and multi-channel digital strategies.

  • Background partnering closely with Sales and RevOps in a revenue-driven organization.

  • Experience supporting long sales cycles and complex buying groups.

  • Familiarity with outreach and automation tools (MeetAlfred) and compliance platforms (CookiePro).

  • Experience working with additional AI frameworks, APIs, or agent-based systems.

AI at PartsBase

We believe AI and automation are core to building a scalable, high-performing GTM engine. This role plays a critical part in identifying opportunities to leverage AI, streamline workflows, and enable teams to operate faster, smarter, and more independently.

Success in this role comes from those who embrace building, experimenting, and continuously improving how work gets done through systems and automation.
