The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Director, Client Partnerships to be the operational and strategic backbone of our client relationships. You’ll own the full lifecycle from handover from sales, execution, delivery, reporting, and growth.

This is the person who ensures campaigns not only work, but work brilliantly.

You will:

  • Own post-sale success: onboarding, delivery oversight, reporting, renewals, and upsells
  • Partner tightly with our Campaign Director to ensure flawless execution
  • Elevate quality, insight, and commercial outcomes across all accounts
  • Build the foundations of a scalable client org as we grow in the US

This role is for someone who is both strategic and hands-on.

  • Provide strategic direction and expectations for delivery
  • Push the boundaries of creative strategy on Discord
  • Review and approve content strategy, positioning, and narrative
  • Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and feel community-native
