About the role

The marketing landscape is fundamentally shifting — and Duetto's marketing team is meeting that change head-on. We're building a function that leads from the front: AI-first, fast-moving, and designed to deliver results that outpace our size. This isn't about keeping up. It's about being at the tip of the spear as the demands on modern marketing continue to evolve.

As Senior Director, Global Marketing, you will be crucial to making that happen. You will be accountable for the strategy and impact of field marketing, events, and partner marketing — three functions that collectively carry real pipeline and revenue targets.Reporting to the CMO, you will sit on the marketing leadership team alongside the VP of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing Director and GTM Engineering Leads, contributing actively to strategy, prioritisation, and cross-functional alignment. You will lead a highly talented, distributed marketing team and work as a peer to sales, customer success, and product leaders — as well as engaging directly with the executive team on priorities and business-critical deliverables. This role is for a leader who is as comfortable in a commercial conversation as a creative one, who knows how to build high-performing teams across disciplines and geographies, and who brings genuine AI-first thinking to how they operate and scale a marketing function.

What you’ll be responsible forCommercial ownership
  • Own pipeline and ARR contribution targets across your functions — field marketing, events, and partner marketing all carry quotas and commercial accountability
  • Hold clear attribution and reporting standards across your team’s activity, connecting investment directly to revenue outcomes
  • Bring a PE-standard commercial mindset to how you plan, prioritise, and measure everything your team does
Regional and field marketing
  • Lead regional marketing across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, ensuring local execution is tightly aligned to sales targets and pipeline priorities in each market
  • Partner closely with regional sales leaders to coordinate demand generation activity, field events, and market-specific campaigns
  • Drive accountability for regional pipeline contribution and progression metrics across all three geographies
Events
  • Partner with Duetto's established Events team to provide strategic leadership and commercial direction across the global events programme — trade shows, industry conferences, and owned experiences
  • Ensure events activity is tightly integrated into broader campaign and pipeline strategy, with clear commercial objectives attached to every moment we show up in market
  • Act as the senior sponsor and escalation point for the events function, supporting prioritisation, resourcing decisions, and cross-functional alignment where needed
Partner marketing

Support our partner marketing lead to:

  • Build and scale a partner marketing programme that generates co-sell pipeline, extends Duetto’s market reach, and deepens relationships across the partner ecosystem
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans, co-branded programmes, and partner enablement in close collaboration with the partnerships team
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a measurable outcome
Team and cross-functional leadership
  • Build and develop a high-performing team across multiple disciplines and time zones, creating clarity, accountability, and a culture of excellence
  • Operate as a genuine cross-functional peer — working fluidly with sales, customer success, product, and finance leadership as well as engaging directly with the executive team
  • Champion AI-first ways of working across your team, identifying and embedding tools and workflows that drive outsized output relative to team size

What we’re looking forCharacter

Skills get you to the interview. Character gets you the role.

We're an ambitious, globally distributed team operating in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. We work hard, we move fast, and we hold ourselves to a high standard — but we do it together. The people who thrive here aren't just technically excellent. They're the ones who show up with energy, who make the people around them better, and who feel genuinely invested in what we're building.

For this role specifically, we care as much about who you are as what you've done. That means:

  • You're a natural communicator. You can hold a room, write with clarity, and adapt your style depending on whether you're presenting to the board or debriefing your team after an event. You don't hide behind jargon and you say what you mean.
  • You're a collaborator, not a silo-builder. You understand that the best outcomes come from working across teams, not protecting your patch. You build trust quickly, you're generous with credit, and you make it easy for others to do their best work alongside you.
  • You know what this environment demands. You've worked in a VC or PE-backed business and you understand what that means — the pace, the scrutiny, the expectation that every dollar of investment has to work hard. You don't need that explained to you.
  • You're one of us from day one. Our team is diverse, talented, and genuinely close-knit. We want someone who walks in ready to be part of that — not someone who takes six months to warm up. If you need a long runway before you feel comfortable, this probably isn't the right environment.

We know this kind of thing is easy to say and harder to find. But when we find it, we'll know — and so will you.

Experience
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with significant senior leadership experience spanning multiple disciplines
  • Strong track record of owning commercial targets — pipeline, ARR, and revenue contribution — not just marketing activity metrics
  • Experience operating in a VC or private equity-backed environment, ideally having navigated a growth journey in the $50M–$200M ARR range
  • Proven ability to lead distributed, multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and time zones
  • Background in SaaS, hospitality tech, or a similarly complex B2B environment preferred
Bias to action

Despite the seniority of this role, we are looking for someone who leads through doing. Strategic thinking matters, but so does the willingness to roll up your sleeves, get into the detail, and support your team in the work. We expect this person to traverse altitudes comfortably — moving between high-level executive conversations and hands-on tactical work without losing effectiveness at either end. A bias to action over ideation, and a track record of making things happen, are as important to us as strategic vision.

AI-first mindset
  • You think about AI not as a tool to experiment with but as a structural part of how a modern marketing team should operate
  • You have experience embedding AI-enabled workflows into team processes to drive speed, quality, and scale
  • You actively seek out ways to achieve outsized results without proportional headcount growth
What success looks like in year one
  • Pipeline and ARR targets across regional team, partner, and events marketing are met or exceeded
  • Regional marketing is tightly coordinated with sales across all three geographies, with clear attribution and accountability
  • Partner marketing programme is generating measurable co-sell pipeline and deepening ecosystem relationships
  • Your team is well-led, well-managed, and operating with clear priorities, strong rhythm, and high output
  • You are an active, valued voice on the marketing leadership team and a trusted peer to your counterparts across the business
About Duetto
