About the Job:
Change Management Practice Leadership
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Change Management consultants.
- Adoption & Process Enablement: Develop the methodologies and frameworks your team will use to drive high user adoption and seamless process enablement for clients deploying our solutions.
- Workshop Facilitation & Oversight: Guide your team in designing and facilitating impactful client workshops that directly support and execute the broader GTM strategy and enablement objectives.
Offer Strategy & Market Analysis
- Commercialize PreSales Offers: Collaborate with PreSales and Technical leadership to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, marketable, and sellable offerings.
- TAM Analysis: Conduct deep market analysis to define the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for new and existing offerings, identifying white-space opportunities and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Pricing & Packaging: Advise on the packaging and pricing strategies that align our offerings with current market demand.
Sales Enablement & Internal Training
- Sales Readiness: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for Client Partners, BDRs, and Sales Leaders. Ensure the field is fluent in our value proposition, use cases, and competitive differentiation.
- Playbook Development: Create and maintain the "Sales Motions" for each offering—defining the step-by-step process from prospecting to close.
- Feedback Loop: Act as the feedback mechanism between the field (Sales) and the factory (Product/PreSales), adjusting strategy based on real-world win/loss data.
Client-Facing Facilitation
- Strategy Workshops: Serve as a lead facilitator for our premium strategy workshops and executive briefing events with prospective and current clients.
- Client Enablement: Design and run external enablement events that help our clients understand how to leverage our solutions to drive their own business transformation.
Content & Marketing Collaboration
- Asset Creation: Partner closely with Marketing to produce high-impact sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards.
- Messaging Authority: Own the positioning and messaging framework, ensuring consistency across all channels—from the website to the sales call.
About You
- Experience: 8-12+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Management Consulting within the [Industry, e.g., SaaS/Tech Services] space.
- The "Bridge" Skillset: A proven ability to translate technical concepts (PreSales/Product) into business value (Sales/Revenue).
- Facilitation Expert: High comfort level commanding a room of executives; experience running design-thinking workshops or strategy sessions is highly preferred.Analytical & Strategic: Experience performing TAM analysis and using data to guide decision-making.
- Content Creator: Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills; ability to critique and improve marketing assets.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence teams without direct authority, specifically across Sales, Marketing, and Technical/Delivery teams.
- The "Consultative Seller": Experience establishing credibility with C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO) during the sales process.
- Workshop Leader: Proven ability to run design-thinking or strategy planning sessions using tools like Miro or Mural.
