Reporting to our Vice President, Employee Experience & Delivery, the Senior Director, Head of Corporate Workspace will be a key leader on our People & Culture team driving the experience and operations of our more than 60 offices across the U.S. This role will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and continuous evolution of the company’s U.S. corporate office portfolio. This role oversees workspace strategy, facilities management, physical security and safety, and vendor partnerships to ensure safe, compliant, high-performing, and engaging work environments that enable business performance centered around the employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Workspace Experience & Office Strategy

  • Define and execute a workspace experience strategy aligned to firmwide objectives, overall workforce needs, and employee experience

  • Lead long-range planning for office space utilization, space and design standards, and future-of-work initiatives

  • Design and own the long-term portfolio strategy for corporate workspace across Link

  • Establish a measurement and listening program that captures and acts upon employee sentiment and feedback related to physical workspace experience

  • Drive innovation through automation and adoption of technology to enhance operations and experience

Facilities, Office Operations and Financial Management

  • Provide leadership and oversight of the Corporate Facilities team, which leads facilities management and operations across all U.S. offices

  • Ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence and cost efficiency

  • Drive a sense of community of office managers and coordinators across the firm, establishing best practices and ways of working to ensure a consistent experience for all employees

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and management and vendor contracts and agreements for services across the portfolio, optimizing spend

  • Oversee the lease management process across the portfolio

Workspace Safety & Security

  • Own and lead our corporate workspace safety programs across all offices

  • Ensure safety and compliance for all office spaces within the portfolio

  • Oversee emergency and crisis response programs, along with emergency communications and alerts in partnership with People Operations and Technology

Capital Projects

  • Lead and oversee capital projects across the portfolio, partnering with National Construction for new offices and buildouts

  • Lead the interior design and selection process for space configurations buildouts against firmwide design standards

  • Ensure consistency in design and experience across new offices within the portfolio

People Leadership & Cross-functional Partnerships

  • Develop and lead a high-performing workspace and facilities team for Link

  • Foster a service-oriented, inclusive and experience-first approach to supporting the business

  • Act as a trusted advisor to not only the broader People & Culture team, but leaders and teams across the business

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate workspace, facilities, facilities management, corporate real estate operations, or related fields

  • Proven experience leading large, geographically distributed office portfolios

  • Experience leading geographically disbursed teams

  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management

  • Proven experience leading capital projects, office buildouts, and workspace transformations

  • Experience working across real estate technology platforms for space planning and operations

  • Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leaders across the organization

  • Strategic and systems thinker with strong business acumen

  • Ability to travel 10-15%

$210,000 - $225,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.  Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
