Position Summary

The Senior Director will be responsible for leading, optimizing, and scaling Silver Star’s technology operations nationally.

Reporting directly to the President, this executive will own P&L performance, drive operational excellence, establish the process, structure, systems, and culture required to support continuous modernization and long-term strategic success.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical fluency, operational mastery, and strategic leadership acumen, capable of transforming a strong foundation into a world-class operational platform that delivers at scale.

This role requires both visionary leadership and disciplined execution. The incumbent must be equally comfortable developing effective partnerships in the boardroom as well as driving accountability on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

· Define and execute a multi-year operational growth plan aligned with Silver Star’s strategic objectives.

· Lead national scaling of technology operations, ensuring quality and efficiency

· Own and manage the full P&L for the technology division, with responsibility for revenue growth, gross margin, and operational KPIs.

· Partner with the executive team to integrate innovation, process excellence, and customer-centric strategy into all aspects of operations.

Operational Excellence

· Establish standardized operational systems, processes, and controls to drive consistency and predictability.

· Ensure projects and service delivery meet or exceed contractual, financial, and quality standards.

· Implement performance dashboards, productivity metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

· Maintain disciplined cost management while scaling operations in alignment with demand and strategic priorities.

Leadership & Culture

· Build and lead a high-performing, accountable, and empowered operational team.

· Champion a culture defined by integrity, execution excellence, long-term strategic thinking, and customer focused obsession.

· Mentor and develop next-generation leaders capable of supporting continued national and global expansion.

· Model and reinforce the company’s core values: excellence, accountability, empowerment, and integrity.

Innovation & Technology Integration

· Partner with internal and external stakeholders to consistently identify and deploy emerging technologies that enhance the platforms, performance , and intelligence.

· Oversee the operational integration of AI analytics, drone safety systems, and advanced security platforms.

 · Position Silver Star Technology and Silver Start Protection Group as industry leaders in intelligent, technology-enabled protection solutions. 

Requirements

 Professional Qualifications

· 10+ years of progressive operational leadership within security integration, technology systems, and project development and management.

· Demonstrated success in scaling multimarket operations and leading organizations through rapid growth phases.

· Proven P&L ownership with a record of driving profitability through sustainable expansion.

· Deep understanding of security technologies, including cameras, access control, alarms, and AI-driven security platforms.

· Experience implementing standardized systems, KPIs, and process improvement methodologies across decentralized operations.

· Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.

· Measurable improvements in operational efficiency, margin performance, and client satisfaction.

· A recognized internal culture of high standards, empowerment, and excellence.
