Job Description Summary:
The Senior Director, Marketing Data, Digital, & AI sits in a key customer division and will lead the North America Marketing team’s agenda as it relates to marketing-related data, digital, and AI leadership and integration with a key customer (U.S. and Canada). This role also has responsibility for data sharing, open intelligence, scaling AI responsibly and effectively across the business, and other aspects of digital and data that support the marketing transformation as it continues to evolve. Additionally, this role will ensure creative execution adherence to the division’s Beverage Marketing Excellence (BME) standards and lead BME measurement and action plans. This role is responsible for making sure all digital and AI initiatives are measurable and are aligned to division objectives and priorities. This role blends strategic leadership with marketing expertise.
What You’ll Do for Us
Support the digital strategy and roadmap for division Marketing – North America, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and the 2035 vision.
Lead the integration of TCCC’s brands and assets into the customer’s loyalty platform and data initiatives
Coordinate digital submissions and integration with the customer and (internal) global experience teams.
Serve as Division Marketing - NA’s key point of contact for cross-functional digital delivery and governance routines.
Drive continuous improvement across digital projects and teams.
Identify digital pain points and improvement opportunities, providing recommendations and partnering to implement solutions.
Help set BME standards, ensure creative execution adherence to BME principles, and lead BME measurement and action plans
Create and maintain the AI roadmap integrated with digital and data priorities.
Identify and prioritize scalable AI opportunities with clear ROI in partnership with business leaders and DTS.
Lead evaluation and ensure deployed digital and AI solutions deliver measurable outcomes
Ensure compliance with enterprise guidelines for data quality, privacy, and ethical AI practices.
Foster partnerships and communication with key stakeholders, including customer, OU teams, and global digital counterparts.
What You’ll Need
Qualifications (Required)
7+ years of experience in Marketing with a focus on Customer Marketing, Brand Management, Digital/e-Commerce and/or Consumer Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced degree preferred
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
Strong strategic thinking and executive presence.
Familiarity with AI technologies and emerging trends (no coding required).
Strong business acumen, with a track record of delivering value through technology-enabled change

$193,000 - $224,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
