What You'll Do
  • Drive the Partnerships Strategy and Revenue Outcomes

Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and activate high‑value ecommerce partners that generate a sustainable pipeline of financing leads. Own the definition and clear communication of the Partnerships model strategy, aligning stakeholders and guiding execution to maximize partner‑driven revenue.

  • Expand Clearco's Brand & Market Presence

Lead initiatives to amplify Clearco's visibility across the U.S. and ecommerce ecosystems. Represent Clearco at key industry events, conferences, and networks to deepen relationships and establish thought leadership.

  • Own Partner P&L & Commercial Discipline

Build and manage partner-level P&Ls. Define targets, CAC payback thresholds, contribution margin goals, and guardrails for offers, rev-share, and bounties. Partner with Finance to forecast and reconcile performance monthly.

  • Deal Structure, Pricing, and Incentives

Design tiered, partner-specific structures that balance volume and quality. Calibrate rev‑share, bounty, and SPIFFs by partner economics. Create approval matrices and deal-desk rules to avoid ad‑hoc “just pay more” motions.

  • Partner-Specific Packaging

Adapt Clearco offerings and messaging to the partner’s ICP, funnel, and motion. Build playbooks by partner type (platforms, SaaS, agencies, aggregators) and continuously A/B test incentives and value props.

  • Corporate and Strategic Integrations

Pursue larger, multi-year partnerships that include co‑development or integrations of Clearco technology, data exchange, and embedded workflows. Navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews; structure SLAs and mutual business plans.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with sales, marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless strategy execution and optimization of partnership opportunities. Act as the voice of partnerships across the organization.

  • Monitor Market Intelligence & Competitive Landscape

Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Use insights to inform strategy and maintain Clearco's competitive edge in the fintech and ecommerce space.

  • Own Performance & Accountability

Define and track key performance indicators to measure partnership effectiveness and impact on business growth. Take full ownership of Clearco's growth through partnership channels and deliver results.

What You BringExperience & Expertise
  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or corporate development within fintech, ecommerce, or adjacent B2B ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated ownership of a partner or channel P&L, including budgeting, pricing, forecasting, and unit economics by channel/partner.

  • Track record of consistently achieving targets including closed sales and pipeline contribution.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence executives.

  • Highly motivated with entrepreneurial drive and focus on results.
