The Role

We are looking for a Senior Director/Vice President to support net-new growth for Verve Intelligent Personas & Simulations (VIPS) — a next-generation AI insight solution trusted by brands like Samsung, Mars, and Unilever.


You’ll support strategic sales conversations with senior stakeholders in insight, marketing, innovation and strategy — helping them reimagine how they activate insight and unlock commercial value through simulation.


This is a high-impact, individual contributor role. You will be involved in end-to-end deal management for North American opportunities, working in close partnership with experienced Verve leaders, while driving stakeholder engagement and deal progression within time zone.


In addition to this, you will lead the TD Bank account driving forward delivery of high-quality insights with the team and closely working with the team to develop the account.


This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with a strategic consulting mindset, and who can confidently translate complex insight needs into opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the day-to-day progression of North American opportunities within the local time zone, maintaining stakeholder engagement and ensuring deals move forward in partnership with senior Verve leadership.
  • Contribute to discovery conversations and help translate client context, sector dynamics, and use cases into clearly framed solution approaches.
  • Support the development of commercially robust proposals, contributing to scope definition, ROI articulation, pilot-to-scale pathways, and procurement coordination.
  • Build and manage relationships across complex buying groups, aligning client stakeholders with internal Strategy and Product teams.
  • Capture client and market feedback to inform Product, Sector, and Marketing positioning, while supporting high-quality delivery on key regional accounts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 7 years’ insight experience, aligned with Senior Director/Vice President level
  • Strong interest with AI-driven insight solutions
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts within insight / consultancy
  • Strong commercial instincts — balancing client needs with revenue growth
  • A clear, compelling communicator who can cut through complexity
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing direction
  • Experience framing opportunities into commercially robust proposals
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and resilient. Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments
  • A strong existing network within and/or across sectors
