As Engagement Director, you will lead Adobe client engagements, drive digital strategies, manage P&L, and oversee implementation teams to ensure delivery excellence.

As an Engagement Director – Adobe, you are the executive leader accountable for the strategic success, financial performance, and long-term growth of key Adobe client engagements. You will serve as the senior client advisor, responsible for shaping digital experience roadmaps across Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, Commerce, Real-Time CDP, etc.), ensuring delivery excellence, and expanding account value. You will operate at the intersection of executive client partnership, Adobe solution strategy, and large-scale digital program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary trusted advisor for C-level and VP stakeholders, providing long-term digital strategy, roadmap planning, and leadership for executive steering committees.
- Define multi-year roadmaps for the Adobe Experience Cloud, translating business objectives into measurable KPIs and ensuring solutions leverage emerging capabilities and scalability standards.
- Own the account P&L and revenue growth, leading SOW development, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide executive supervision over complex implementations, establishing governance models and risk mitigation plans to ensure programs remain aligned with scope, timeline, and budget.
- Oversee diverse delivery teams—from UX to DevOps—to ensure effective backlog management, release planning, and seamless coordination across multi-disciplinary Adobe programs.
- Facilitate high-level workshops to define technical requirements while mentoring internal engagement managers and partnering with Adobe Alliance teams on go-to-market positioning.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in Engagement Management, Program Management, or Digital Consulting, with a focus on large-scale technology delivery.
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale engagements across the Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM (Sites/Assets), Adobe Commerce, CDP, Target, and Analytics.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs, including full accountability for P&L, forecasting, and margin management.
- Deep Ecosystem Knowledge: Subject matter expertise in enterprise CMS/DXP ecosystems, with a specialized focus on architecting and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience presenting complex digital strategies to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks and SDLC processes, with extensive experience leading distributed, cross-functional engineering and design teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Adobe certifications (AEM Sites & Assets, Adobe Commerce, Target, Analytics, etc.).
- Experience partnering directly with Adobe Alliance teams and participating in joint business planning.
- Background defining enterprise personalization, commerce, or customer data strategies.
- Experience migrating legacy CMS platforms to Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and composable architecture patterns.

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $130,000 - $160,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
