Compensation for this role is Budgeted Range:$80,000-$100,000 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As a Senior Engineer of Solutions Engineering in Managed Transportation at RXO, you’ll use rigorous data collection and analysis to craft marketable solutions for clients. You will also identify, propose, and deliver key initiatives that improve the client’s supply chain operations and drive efficiency into the RXO account team’s internal processes. We will equip you with the best tools in the industry to grow and develop to a level that will exceed your expectations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

· Able to lead all aspects of Supply Chain and Transportation Technology Solutions for Clients including demonstrations, implementation, hands-on execution of configuration, testing and deployment support

· Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Transportation Management Systems and System Integrations with Clients and Business partners

· Provide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processes, and organizational change. Document and maintain functional requirements

· Research and analyze best practices and Technology driven solutions

· Develop an understanding of customer processes to enhance cross-functional initiatives and effectively communicate/integrate solution improvements

· Develop and Identify cost savings initiatives and manage projects through implementation

· Provide value propositions by identifying opportunities through rigorous data collection and analysis; craft marketable solutions for clients

· Communicate and collaborate project activities to key stakeholders both internally and with clients

· Help execute process and strategy improvements related to supply chain focused on transportation improvement projects

· Research root cause of issues - recommend improvements in existing processes and implement action plans

What you’ll need to excel:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

· 2 years of experience in key functional areas: supply chain management, logistics, decision support systems/technology, transportation management, distribution, or procurement functional responsibilities

· Experience data mining and generating simulations in Microsoft BI, Access, and Excel to identify and scope opportunities within the customer’s supply chain

It’d be great if you also have:

· Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or other technical and/or analytical field

· Experience with ILOG, Supply Chain Guru, Appian or data modeling

· Experience in multiple logistics-related systems and transportation management systems

· Lean six sigma experience

· Experience collecting and analyzing data for modeling, network optimization and/or transportation redesign purposes

· Experience preparing and delivering presentations

· Strong project management skills
