Summary of Role
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you are a "force multiplier" and strategic partner to our C-level leadership. You will serve as a trusted confidant and primary point of contact, managing global logistics and communications to ensure the executive’s professional and personal life runs with perfect synchronization.

  • Optimize Time: Strategically manage the executive’s calendar, prioritizing high-impact meetings and protecting their time.
  • Orchestrate Logistics: Arrange complex, fluid travel itineraries and pivot instantly to handle changes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a Gatekeeper: Manage high-profile communications and liaise with global CEOs and executives with total professionalism.
  • Maintain Flow: Handle sensitive personal administrative duties and financial commitments with absolute confidentiality.
  • Anticipate Needs: Operate ten steps ahead by making independent decisions and solving problems before they reach the executive.
