RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Translate design needs into clear deliverables like user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Partner and collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to build cohesive, high-impact digital solutions
  • Champion the voice of the user through research and empathy-building with stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with internal and external audiences
  • Balance business, tech, and user goals to make meaningful product recommendations
  • Advocate for exceptional design and user-centered thinking across your team
  • Leverages retail media research and understanding to deliver innovative user-centric solutions

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role
  • A portfolio showcasing thoughtful web or mobile software design
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, and documentation
  • Experience leading or participating in user research sessions (e.g., usability testing, card sorting, co-creation workshops)
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • A degree in Design or related field – or equivalent practical experience Speaking to both the product, business and technical sides of the team, including: Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, developers, etc.

  • The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest.  Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.
