Department OverviewThe SaaS Infrastructure & Revenue Economics team serves as the strategic "secular glue" connecting IT, Product, and Sales to unify our global digital portfolio. Our mission is to establish a unified "economic truth" by standardizing the metrics and governance required to drive measurable, scalable growth. We specialize in transforming legacy transactional processes into a modern, digital-first revenue operating system that eliminates operational friction. By automating and simplifying the core recurring base, we enable our go-to-market teams to focus their investment on high-growth expansion opportunities. Job Description
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Subscription Operations, Finance, IT, and Product Development) to investigate the existing recurring revenue landscape and design streamlined processes, controls, and tools for enterprise-wide application.
Drive the aggregation and transformation of recurring revenue data from disparate ERP systems to a unified platform (e.g., Snowflake, EDH) to create visibility to customer entitlement and ARR/NRR across all products.
Pioneer subscription renewal automation and facilitate upsell by challenging manual processes and establishing straightforward data governance.
Develop and present metric-focused reporting for senior operational and finance leaders to eliminate blind spots and inform investment decisions. Accumulate and apply in-depth product knowledge to simplify trends in large data sets to succinct stories that enable insightful conversation. Convey insights from various product teams as a comprehensive story.
Analyze product adoption and application usage to evaluate ROI, advise on packaging and pricing, and improve forecast accuracy.
Additional Qualifications
Preference for collaboration and demonstrated ability to engender support and broker alignment between stakeholders.
Consulting, business intelligence, or corporate FP&A role experience
Demonstrated experience as a trusted business partner
Experience with recurring revenue business models
Target Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 USD

Basic Requirements
- Bachelors in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years experience in Consulting, business intelligence, or corporate FP&A
