Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, perform and manage the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures
- Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance; and variances to plan, forecast and budget
- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies
- Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports
- Reconcile, analyze, and review general ledger accounts in preparation for month end close
- Assist with or lead the month-end and quarterly-end close process for assigned businesses or groups

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional accounting and/or finance experience in a corporate environment
- Experience presenting financial results
- Intermediate or higher level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel (Pivot tables)
- Proven Financial modeling and financial statement analysis skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Healthcare industry
- Experience managing monthly reporting or financial planning and analysis
- Experience using financial planning tools such as PeopleSoft Financials, Essbase, and / or Smartview
- Proven excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven self-sufficient, independent thinking, self-starter who takes ownership and accountability
