Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will conduct detailed financial analyses across an assigned sales region and present strategic recommendations to leadership focused on profit and loss management and process improvements. You will partner cross‑functionally, lead ad hoc projects, and mentor less experienced team members while delivering strong variance analysis and financial storytelling to support decision making.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Regional customer profit and loss ownership, including partnering with cross‑functional teams on profit and loss questions and analysis, assessing business needs, identifying profit and loss drivers, problem solving, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Lead month‑end and quarter‑end close presentations to sales regions and cross‑functional partners, focusing on business performance through profit and loss and customer investment analysis.
  • Analyze financial data and translate insights into clear, compelling narratives that influence decisions and engage stakeholders.
  • Participate in preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts.
  • Update the monthly forecast for the assigned team based on business changes and communicate updates with specific, actionable, forward‑looking commentary.
  • Participate in monthly meetings with Sales and Business Planning during lock reviews and track risk and opportunities.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings to stay informed and capture performance updates.
  • Support project work that spans financial disciplines including Financial Planning & Analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in‑market investments.
  • Lead development of metrics, scorecards, and reporting for the assigned function.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least five years of general business and financial experience.
  • Experience with profit and loss management and financial systems.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve business challenges.
  • Experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar software tools.

Compensation 

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
