• Ensure project business cases and CBAs are Investment Committee–ready, including financial modeling, risk assessment, scenario analysis, and strategic justification.

• Conduct variance analysis of project financial performance against budget, forecast, and baseline assumptions.

• Track and validate savings associated with each project, ensuring alignment with financial targets and reporting requirements.

• Partner closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and business sponsors to provide financial insights, identify risks, and support decision-making.

• Prepare executive-level presentations summarizing project portfolio financials, investment rationale, performance updates, and key risks.

• Review and enhance project financial reporting deliverables for project teams.

• Support capital allocation processes by evaluating project funding requests and prioritization recommendations.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to standardize project financial methodologies, templates, and reporting frameworks.

• Champion use of digital tools, automation, and dashboards to streamline project financial reporting and analysis.

• Conduct ad hoc analysis on emerging project opportunities, changes to scope, funding impacts, or strategic alternatives.

Work Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum 3–6 years of progressively responsible FP&A or project financial management experience.

• Expertise in advanced financial modeling, including complex scenario planning and driver‑based forecasting.

• Strong ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into actionable insights for project leaders and senior management.

• Proficiency with financial systems and visualization tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex project financials into clear executive-ready narratives.

Licenses & Certifications
