About the Role:    

As a Senior Front-End Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable, and intuitive web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. This is an opportunity to work with innovative technology in a dynamic environment, contributing to impactful solutions that drive business success.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead the development of complex, high-performance React applications.
  • Take ownership of front-end development, driving innovative solutions that elevate user experience and maximize usability.
  • Design and implement intuitive, visually stunning user interfaces that align with product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and back-end developers to create seamless, end-to-end solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest React developments, libraries, and trends.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence within the team.

Skills needed to succeed:

  • Deep and advanced knowledge of React, including custom hooks, memo, suspense, concurrent mode, and performance optimization techniques like code splitting and lazy loading.
  • Extensive experience with state management and the libraries Redux, React-Query, and React Router.
  • Component based architecture and patterns including HOCs, Render Props, Portals.
  • Strong ability to translate complex user requirements into visually stunning, intuitive UIs.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and git.
  • Familiarity with Python, and developing web applications using Flask, is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Terraform a plus.
