We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to provide deep frontend expertise across our web applications. This role emphasizes modern TypeScript and React patterns, frontend architecture, and technical leadership through example. You’ll partner closely with a fullstack engineering team to improve frontend systems, promote best practices, and support the development of clinician-focused workflows.

This role is remote and requires U.S. work authorization.

• Design, develop, and maintain performant and scalable web applications
• Build new and improve existing features
• Partner with stakeholders to formulate new product strategies 
• Collaborate closely with ML Engineers and AI Scientists to deliver novel capabilities
• Independently identify appropriate, pragmatic solutions
• Take ownership of problems from definition to deployment
• Define best practices and mentor teammates
• Drive frontend architecture and tooling decisions

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven track record of adopting and shipping bleeding-edge React features in production environments
• Strong experience with TypeScript (preferred), JavaScript considered
• Experience with WebSockets
• Experience with automated testing
• Experience with Docker and the Linux CLI
• Experience with Git

• Experience with Python
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Experience with WebRTC streaming
• Experience with Django or another modern backend web framework
