About You

You're a highly seasoned designer with a refined creative vision and a deep passion for beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design of digital and print assets — from landing pages and editorial layouts to email campaigns, social assets, invitations, signage, and decks — that elevate the goop brand across all channels.
  • Set and uphold the creative standard for the team, providing direction and constructive feedback to junior designers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Drive projects from concept through final production, iterating rapidly while maintaining a cohesive design approach across a wide range of content.
  • Partner closely with marketing, brand partnerships, and product teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual executions under tight deadlines.
  • Champion and evolve the goop visual identity, proactively identifying opportunities to push the brand forward across both digital and physical experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of graphic design experience with a strong background in beauty, wellness, fashion, luxury, and/or online media.
  • A standout portfolio demonstrating a clean, consistent aesthetic and breadth across digital and print formats.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Figma a strong plus.
  • Degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior designers and lead projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Impeccable taste, sharp eye for typography and layout, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently with outstanding interpersonal skills.
