The Senior Graphic Designer will contribute their expertise in branding, typography, and art direction to develop innovative design solutions for both agency and client projects. In this role, the Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with creative leadership to conceptualize and execute high-quality designs across various mediums. This role thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and consistently delivers clear, visually compelling design work.
Responsibilities:
Creating well articulated design concepts and high quality design work
Communicating concepts through art direction and creating high-fidelity mockups
Scaling concepts across a wide range of physical and digital outputs
Creating design systems and guidelines
Presenting work internally and to clients
Creating and managing production files, assets, and adhering quality assurance standards
Managing projects and workflow from initial concept through production.
Collaborating with producers, strategists, art directors, and designers across the creative team
Shaping and managing decks and maintaining internal design standards
Manage communication with vendors and production partners
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus).
BFA or MFA in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or 3D experience is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in typography and developing design systems.
Strong interest in art direction.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
The hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 annually. Salary for the prospective employee is determined by a combination of factors that include qualifications, applicable skills, relevant experience and other budgetary considerations such as location/geography.
