Job Summary:
Reporting to the Sr. Director, HR Analytics & Strategic Programs, the Senior Human Resources Program Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering complex, large-scale programs from initiation through completion. This includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. Primary responsibilities include planning and executing initiatives by managing project plans, defining timelines, identifying risks and constraints, and driving execution.
Responsibilities:
Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Finance, HR COE’s, HRBP’s, and other key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, resourcing, and timelines.
Identify key HR decisions and translate to detailed project plans with defined milestones and timelines required to assure initiatives stay on track and project deliverables meet quality standards and project specifications.
Lead project execution by coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants; includes projects related to mergers & acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.
Maintain open and consistent communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners, clearly conveying project goals, updates, and potential roadblocks.
Develop and manage stakeholder communications that create clarity and accountability, reflect he/she is a good listener, and frame problems and resolutions concisely.
Identify potential risks early on, develop contingency plans, and actively monitor emerging issues and support HR leaders in resolution.
Partner across the HR PMO and Analytics teams to establish a project portfolio management process to increase HR’s efficiency and maintain an HR project portfolio dashboard.
Requirements:
Project management experience in a large, complex organization, demonstrating the ability to support and influence a diverse group of leaders.
Experience leading and navigating projects related to mergers & acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures.
Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners across many groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating impactful communications and presentations to all levels of stakeholders.
Motivated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to support the HR team and improve our effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to work effectively with colleagues in many locations and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related field.
8+ years of experience managing and leading cross-functional projects in a large, complex organization.
Strong Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience utilizing project management tools/software. Monday.com experience preferred.
Workday experience highly preferred.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR business principles, processes and technology is preferred.
Global experience is preferred.
Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $119,765 - $154,990. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
