What you'll do:
  • Lead and manage a global team of instructional designers and enablement professionals.
  • Oversee the design and development of high-quality learning experiences, including eLearning modules using Articulate and other tools.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for instructional design and content development.
  • Create and implement a training design request intake process, training charters, and learner journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with the Learning Operations team to ensure seamless implementation of training programs.
  • Drive innovation and creativity in instructional design, ensuring content is engaging, effective, and aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure the team is highly utilized and recognized across the firm for its excellence and ease of collaboration.
  • Lead complex instructional design projects within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Apply the ADDIE model to guide the design and development of learning solutions.
  • Utilize agile development methodologies to iterate and improve training content.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning gaps and define objectives.
  • Leverage video creation tools such as Vyond to produce engaging multimedia learning assets.

What you'll bring:
  • 8 -12+ years of extensive experience in instructional design, with a strong focus on large, complex organizational environments.
  • Proven expertise in designing eLearning using Articulate and other authoring tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively in learning design.
  • Experience developing and implementing learning frameworks, charters, and learner journeys.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance, project management, technical, and leadership training topics.
