The person we're looking for

We’re seeking a Senior Brand & Product Illustrator with a proven ability to create illustrations that bring complex ideas and brands to life, guide teams on the craft of visual storytelling, and shape an illustration strategy that supports both users and business goals.

Job Overview

Some things you will be responsible for:

  • Create illustrations across a wide range of styles, adapting your approach to fit each client's brand, audience, and tone.
  • Work within established illustration languages, respecting what's already there while pushing it forward in ways that feel natural to the brand.
  • Create moodboards and gather reference that set a clear creative direction for each project.
  • Talk clients and the team through your thinking, explaining how the references come together and the outcome they point toward.
  • Develop new, ownable illustration styles for clients, drawing on reference, research, and inspiration to create something distinct and true to their brand.
  • Build illustration systems, not just one-off pieces. Think reusable elements, clear rules, and style guides that hold up as a brand grows.
  • Document your styles so the wider team can confidently use and extend them across a project.
  • Explore new tools and technologies, including AI, as a way to extend your craft. You'll help shape how these tools are used so the quality and intent of your work carries through, even when others are producing with it.
  • Bring strong fundamentals in composition, color, and visual storytelling to every piece, and turn complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Make sure your work meets accessibility standards for web and digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and project teams to bring ideas to life.

Last but certainly not least, as a member of our team we hope you embrace and contribute to our culture of continuous creative improvement, innovation, and excellence, and always search for ways to help make a positive impact on the team!
