A Pine Services Group Portfolio Company is Hiring Senior Account Executive!

ABOUT ETHOSYSTEMS

ETHOSystems is a premier Sage Intacct Value Added Reseller built exclusively for the construction and real estate industries. We help general contractors, specialty subcontractors, and project-driven businesses replace outdated financial systems with modern, cloud-based solutions that deliver real visibility into job costs, cash flow, and project performance. We are a focused team of industry experts who know construction, know our product, and are committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

ETHOSystems is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new-logo growth across construction, real estate, and project-based businesses. You will be selling Sage Intacct Construction, the leading cloud financial management platform for the construction industry.

This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role. You will work qualified opportunities from partner, referral, and marketing channels while also building your own pipeline through targeted outbound and relationship development.  We are looking for someone who can manage a serious book of business, create urgency with prospects, run disciplined sales cycles, and close complex software deals.

You will report to our VP of Sales and work closely with Sales Engineers, Implementation, and Customer Success to deliver the right solution to the right customer. The right person will bring pace, ownership, strong forecasting, and high standards to a growing sales team.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Full-cycle new business sales from first conversation to signed contract
  • Development of self-sourced and outbound pipeline
  • Qualified opportunities from Sage, partner, referral, and marketing sources
  • Discovery with CFOs, Controllers, Owners, and Operations leaders
  • Coordination with Sales Engineers on tailored Sage Intacct Construction demos and solution fit
  • Proposal, negotiation, close planning, and handoff to Implementation
  • Accurate forecasting, clean CRM hygiene, and clear next steps on active opportunities
  • Consistent progress against quota and pipeline coverage expectations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a proven B2B software seller with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ideally from construction technology, ERP, accounting, financial systems, or project management software. Experience with platforms such as Sage, Acumatica, NetSuite, Oracle, Procore, Viewpoint, CMiC, Autodesk, Trimble, or similar systems is highly relevant.

You should bring:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B software sales experience
  • A strong track record of quota attainment and overperformance
  • Experience selling complex software to financial, operational, or executive buyers
  • Comfort navigating CFOs, Controllers, Owners, and multi-stakeholder buying committees
  • The ability to create pipeline, not just work assigned leads
  • Strong discovery, follow-up, forecasting, and deal management habits
  • High accountability and a strong internal drive
  • Competitive instincts and a collaborative, professional approach

Construction ERP experience is strongly preferred, but we are also open to strong enterprise software sellers who can learn the construction market quickly. You do not need to know Sage Intacct on day one -- if you have sold ERP or project-based software before, we will invest in your product knowledge.

BENEFITS

  • Full health coverage -- medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Flexible, remote-first workplace
  • Ongoing Sage Intacct training and certification support
