Our team is in charge of making a wide range of products available to Bank of Georgia’s customers via iOS Mobile Application while also providing a best-in-class experience.
As a Senior iOS Developer in Bank of Georgia, you will collaborate with our development team and business units. You will be in charge of analyzing, developing, executing, implementing, bug-fixing and maintaining software application systems. If you are a resourceful, creative and team-oriented who can cooperate with others to deliver solutions, this position is for you!
What you will do:
Prioritize and organize tasks to maximize productivity and deliver high quality work on time;
Understand project scope, project goals, product functionality, and desired features;
Plan, develop and deliver high-quality increments alongside teammates for a product;
Analyze and break features down into tasks to manage their priorities and deadlines;
Design a system to match the existing architecture and improve it to accommodate changing demands and requirements;
Build design components to support multiple projects;
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and integrations points;
Maintain existing software, improve quality and keep up with technological advancements;
Participate in code reviews;
Present technical ideas and solutions to a group of peers.
What you have:
Proficient with Swift;
Good knowledge of iOS application architecture and patterns;
Experience with iOS native frameworks such as UIKit, Foundation, Core Location, Core Animation, etc.
Experience with other (non-native) iOS libraries and 3d party libraries;
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning;
Familiarity with RESTful APIsto connect iOS applications to back-end services;
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines;
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git);
Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills;
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Communicative, flexible, team player, a quick learner, with can-do attitude and independent initiative, creative and analytical thinking;
Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively in Georgian and English.
