Spm Oil & Gas (SPM) seeks Senior IT Business Analyst at its facility located at 601 Herbert Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76108. Utilize functional knowledge in the areas of financials, cost accounting, MRP, planning and scheduling, and system implementation methodology with Syteline/CSI10 ERP system. Collaborate with internal customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and configure the Syteline/CSI10 ERP system accordingly. Conduct system assessments, gap analyses, and recommend best practices for process improvements. Provide training and support to end-users during and after the implementation process. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform system testing, and contribute to system enhancements. Understand user requirements and prepare requirement documents and functional specifications. Analyze current and future business processes and perform gap and fitment analysis on current process mapped or configured and future needs. Perform application configuration and test plan development. Gather, organize and analyze data to develop solutions for problems. Coordinate with team members to ensure implementation of new systems. Review reports with other management leaders to identify areas of improvement. Inform trainees of new procedures and policy changes. REQS: This position requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent or combination of education & employment experience in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field, plus 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Infor Cloudsuite Industrial/SyteLine versions 8, 9, or 10; and (2) CSI/Syteline finance modules including GL attributes and Cost Alternative modules.
Summary Pay Range:
$141,336.00 - $183,140.00
