As a Senior Customer Support Specialist - IT here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our global IT support operations. As the driving force behind our team of support professionals, you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to deliver world-class customer service. Responsibilities
  • Support IT service delivery and supplier performance for critical sites, ensuring adherence to Honeywell standards, processes, and policies.
  • Manage supplier governance, service levels (SLAs/OLAs/SLOs), and performance reporting to drive service quality and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor incidents and escalations, partnering with IT teams and suppliers to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted IT partner to site and business leaders, providing escalation support, technology guidance, and project coordination.
  • Act as the IT Site Champion when assigned, driving accountability, stakeholder engagement, and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on initiatives including cybersecurity, compliance, audits, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure projects.
  • Support technology adoption, transformation initiatives, system upgrades, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide operational guidance for security, compliance, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors on monitoring, root cause analysis, outage response, and corrective actions.
  • Deliver user enablement, training, and communication programs to improve IT service adoption and customer experience.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, information technology, or business-related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience supporting infrastructure, desktop, and site services in large enterprise environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing vendor, managed service, and third-party relationships.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT projects and sites serving 1,000+ end users.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

The salary range for this position is ($83,600 - $104,800). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
