What You Will Do to Change Lives
The Senior IT Project Manager, Planning & Implementation is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of IT-related workstreams within the enterprise ERP transformation program. This role oversees highly complex technical components Including system integrations, data conversion and migration, analytics and reporting, and timekeeping system implementation.
As a member of the Transformation Office, this role partners closely with IT leadership, functional workstream Senior PMs (HCM, Finance, Procurement), and the ERP implementation vendor to ensure all technical deliverables are executed in alignment with program timelines, architectural standards, and business requirements.
This role serves as the central point of coordination across IT workstreams, driving execution, managing dependencies, and supporting the successful delivery of a large-scale, integration-heavy ERP environment.
Shifts Available:
Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Expected starting wage range is $125,258.42 - $154,736.95. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Six to ten (6–10+) years of project or program management experience in IT or technology-driven initiatives.
- Direct experience supporting or leading ERP implementations (HCM, Finance, Procurement, Payroll & Time Keeping modules) with significant integration and data complexity.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex system integrations (APIs, middleware, interfaces) and large-scale data migration efforts.
- Experience working with third-party systems, including timekeeping platforms (e.g., Kronos, QGenda) preferred.
- Experience partnering with system integrators, vendors, and internal IT teams.
