Position Summary

In this position, you will spearhead the development and implementation of the learning and development strategy that supports the growth of our monetization professionals across several diverse disciplines including Sales, Client Success, Product, and Strategic Development. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design and modern talent development as well as best practices in strategic planning and execution. As an individual contributor you will involve and create synergies with others across the enterprise whose input and collaboration are critical to achieving targeted outcomes. You will report to the Head of CMX Marketing, with close connectivity to the Head of CMX Sales.

You will have five main focuses but the opportunities for impact are limitless 1) Building out a best in class new hire on-boarding curriculum 2) Constructing an agile Learning & Development strategy and roadmap that ensures alignment of programs with priorities and trending needs, including new product launches 3) Continuous colleague upskilling & reskilling by designing and developing curriculum that is implemented and delivered virtually and in-person across a wide variety of topics (instructor-led training ,e-learning, blended learning) 4)Magnification of the team commitments and values through engagement and personal development programs. 5) A metrics approach to training and development programs continually measuring for competency, relevancy and impact, on time and on budget.

Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:

·       Woonsocket, RI

·       New York / Soho area, NY

·       Blue Bell, PA

·       Chicago, IL

This role requires 25% travel.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of organizational training and development experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer, and consumer product goods understanding.

  • 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development and educational technology.

  • 3+ years cross-functional leadership experience.

  • 2+ years of either retail media, retail, brand, or agency experience.

  • 2+ years of digital marketing or ad tech experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience creating learning and development roadmaps & strategic plans and translating them into operational objectives and programs

  • Expertise in designing and delivering educational programs across a variety topics utilizing well-matched methods

  • Strong understanding of instructional design models and principles, proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline)

  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies

  • Excellent public speaking and superior presentation and facilitation skills

  • Natural collaborator and relationship builder

  • Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.

  • Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently.

  • Knows how to get things done through formal channels as well as relationships with colleagues across the organization

  • Proficiency in creating a talent strategy that builds discipline around recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, engagement, and retention capabilities needed for the future

  • Seeks broader perspectives and gathers information to understand business issues, priorities and the culture of how we operate across various stakeholder groups

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) required.

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $199,144.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
