About the role

Concept Plus is seeking a Senior Learning Systems Analyst to serve as the lead analyst responsible for developing, executing, and managing processes that support the deployment, maintenance, and sustainment of learning products for a client system. Provide advanced expertise and oversight for online courses, credentials, certifications, playlists, simulations, and microlearning assets delivered through the Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) learning management system.


What you'll do

  • Lead lifecycle support and continuous improvement of learning products and associated systems, including upgrades, implementation, operations, and sustainment activities.
  • Develop, refine, and enforce operational processes, workflows, and quality standards for learning asset deployment and maintenance.
  • Create, manage, and maintain enterprise documentation including SOPs, workflows, configuration management artifacts, and process guides.
  • Design, deliver, and oversee training for staff on processes, tools, and maintenance procedures (job aids, manuals, videos, FAQs, KBAs, etc.).
  • Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify issues, track performance metrics, support decision-making, and drive changes to reports and dashboards.
  • Produce and manage required reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Oversee and perform course/credential configuration, deployment, updates, and retirement activities.
  • Oversee and perform playlist configuration, maintenance, and modifications.
  • Upload, validate, and test learning products, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Support system patches, releases, and upgrades, guiding junior analysts through testing and validation.
  • Manage and adjust user roles and privileges in accordance with governance and security requirements.
  • Provide Tier II resolution support, serving as an escalation point for complex issues beyond Tier I and junior staff capabilities.
  • Advise faculty, staff, and program stakeholders on technical processes and system behaviors.
  • Oversee and support high-volume operational workloads (e.g., 175–200 development/revision activities and 150–200 maintenance actions per quarter).
  • Ensure team adherence to customer workflows, escalation procedures, and configuration standards


Required Qualifications

  • US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a government clearance.
  • 2+ years of experience serving as a team lead, task lead, or technical lead.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting complex learning or training projects with clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience using Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams (preferably Teams for Education), SharePoint, ServiceNow, Qlik, and modern web browsers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with faculty and staff in higher education.
