What You'll Do:
- Drive occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective residents and families
- Guide prospects through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, applications, and move-ins
- Work collaboratively in a team-selling environment, consistently working toward achieving defined occupancy and move-in targets
- Respond promptly to all inquiries and maintain consistent follow-up through calls, emails, and personal appointments
- Coordinate move-in logistics by collaborating with internal departments including nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, and resident life
- Ensure a smooth and positive transition experience for new residents and their families
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Participate in outreach events and meet sales goals set by leadership
What You'll Need:
- Two years of sales or case management experience (required), preference for service industries
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
