What You'll Do:

  • Guide prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through move-in
  • Build relationships and provide personalized solutions based on each prospect's needs
  • Conduct community tours and educate prospects on senior living options
  • Manage leads, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless move-in experience
  • Represent Wesley Willows at community events and outreach opportunities
  • Work toward occupancy and move-in goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of sales or case management experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
