Position Summary:
As a Senior Manager, Commercial Revenue Finance FP&A, you will play a key role in driving the financial performance of CVS Health’s Pharmacy Services business. Reporting to the Director, FP&A Commercial Network Performance, you will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for Non-Medicare drug revenue and volume across key commercial segments, including Large Client, CarelonRx, Aetna, FEHBP, and Maintenance Choice (M'Choice).
Leading a team of four Senior Analysts, you will oversee multi-year planning, annual budgets, forecasts, monthly close activities, and performance reporting. You will serve as a trusted financial partner to leaders across Finance, Network Pricing, Underwriting, and Enterprise Economics, providing insights on revenue trends, volume, pricing, and mix. This highly visible role requires strong analytical and leadership skills to deliver actionable recommendations, support strategic decision-making, and develop financial models that evaluate the impact of key business initiatives. The ideal candidate is a collaborative finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys translating complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
7 or more years of experience in advanced financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a managed care, PBM, or commercial health benefits environment
1 or more years of experience working in Excel, Tableau, and financial planning tools; experience with large data sets and complex financial models
Ability to travel up to 15% (including by plane)
Preferred Qualifications:
People leadership experience with ability to manage and develop a team of 4+ analysts
Strong understanding of commercial pharmacy revenue drivers including volume, price, mix, and client contractual structures
Clear and effective communication skills; ability to translate financial complexity into concise executive-ready reporting
Cross-functional collaboration experience with Pricing, Business Development, and Client Management teams
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
