This role is integral to JLL's corporate strategy function, responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives across all business lines and functions. You'll lead complex analysis projects, provide data-driven insights, and deliver strategic recommendations to senior leadership. As a trusted advisor to executives, you'll help shape JLL's competitive positioning and strategic direction through thoughtful analysis, framework creation, and collaborative problem-solving. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions while working across a global organization to drive strategic priorities forward.
What your day-to-day will look like:- Develop and execute strategy projects across all of JLL's business lines and functions
- Create frameworks to tackle complex problems and instill a customer-driven, fact-based approach to decision-making
- Partner with and advise internal executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and action
- Coordinate and manage an enterprise competitive intelligence program tracking core commercial real estate competitors
- Build and maintain a strong network across JLL units (research, finance, investor relations, strategy units) to drive project success
- Manage junior corporate strategy team members and cross-functional colleagues on strategic initiatives
- Develop compelling presentations and communications for senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or commercial real estate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Proven success in handling ambiguous projects with multiple workstreams
- Superior business judgment and executive presence
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written communication
- Strong financial and business modeling capabilities
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Previous management experience
- Commercial real estate industry expertise
- Global business experience
- Experience with strategic planning processes and frameworks
- Project management certification or equivalent experience
- Advanced data visualization and analytical skills

Estimated total compensation for this position:
170,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
