The Demand Generation team sits at the center of Employ’s growth strategy, partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Lifecycle Marketing, and Web teams to drive pipeline and revenue. This is a highly collaborative, results-oriented group focused on delivering integrated go-to-market programs that create meaningful business impact. As part of the broader Growth organization, this small, but mighty team is empowered to test, learn, and scale innovative programs across Employ’s portfolio of hiring solutions.
We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead and scale Employ’s integrated demand generation strategy across Lever, JazzHR, and Jobvite.
Reporting to the VP, Growth, this role will own the development and execution of strategic, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline, with a focus on ABM, segment-based programs, partner marketing, and events (virtual and in-person).
You will lead a small but high-impact team and play a central role in connecting marketing and sales to deliver cohesive, high-performing go-to-market efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Integrated Demand Strategy: Own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns across key segments, aligning messaging, channels, and tactics to drive pipeline.
- ABM & Segment Programs: Develop and scale account-based and segment-focused programs that target priority audiences with tailored, high-impact experiences.
- Partner Marketing: Build and execute joint marketing programs with strategic partners to expand reach and drive qualified pipeline.
- Events (Virtual & Field): Own the strategy and execution of webinars, field events, and industry tradeshows, ensuring they drive measurable engagement and pipeline.
- Sales Alignment & Pipeline Ownership: Own the end-to-end handoff from marketing to sales, including alignment on targets, follow-up strategy, and enablement needed to convert pipeline.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a nascent Demand Gen team, setting priorities, providing direction, and elevating overall performance and impact.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 7–10+ years in demand generation, integrated marketing, or growth roles within B2B SaaS or tech (preference for HR industry experience)
- Integrated Campaign Expertise: Proven experience building and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
- ABM & Segmentation: Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and segment-driven strategies.
- Event & Partner Marketing: Experience running both virtual and in-person events, as well as partner or co-marketing programs.
- Strategic & Executional Balance: Ability to think strategically while also driving execution and getting work across the finish line.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing and developing direct reports, with a focus on driving performance and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and other GTM teams.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using data to measure success, identify opportunities, and optimize programs.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and bring structure to evolving needs.
- Ownership & Accountability: Strong sense of ownership of outcomes, with a bias toward action and results.
- Industry Experience: Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or adjacent categories is a plus, but not required
