• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP, SIOP, or Integrated Business Planning)
• Capacity Planning methodologies, such as Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)
• Relevant supply planning technology platforms such as e2open, Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, or similar
• APICS CSCP certification or similar
Additional Information
The primary work location for this role is Mossville, IL OR Irving, TX, with a requirement to work on‑site full‑time at a Caterpillar facility.
Up to 10% travel may be required.

What You'll Do
Lead Global Digital Product Strategy & Execution
- Oversee a global team of Digital Product Owners and Regional Deployment Leads, ensuring alignment to product vision, business priorities, and enterprise outcomes.
- Guide the development and deployment of Caterpillar's Network Planning & Execution suite of digital products, enhancing end‑to‑end demand and supply alignment across the enterprise.
- Build, refine, and execute the digital product roadmap-accelerating capability delivery while meeting cost, quality, and timeline commitments.
- Lead a global digital product organization, including seven direct reports, providing coaching, performance management, and strategic direction.
Drive Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Partner closely with operations to monitor product performance, adoption, and value creation.
- Analyze user feedback, operational data, and business needs to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and shape new features.
- Establish and maintain clear reporting on product quality, usage, and business impact.
Champion Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with business process owners, procurement, supply chain leadership, and other stakeholders to position, promote, and scale digital capabilities across the organization.
- Coordinate with IT and external technology partners to deliver new releases and features on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools into business processes, driving engagement and long‑term adoption.
