Fine Tune is looking for a Senior Manager or Director of Marketing Operations and GTM Systems to own the systems, data, and workflows that connect Marketing, Sales, and pipeline. This role reports to the Chief Communications Officer and operates with real ownership over something central to how Fine Tune grows.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Own CRM data quality: lead sources, field standards, lifecycle stages, ownership rules, and campaign tracking.
- Build and maintain lead routing, enrichment, and workflow automation across marketing and sales tools.
- Connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue through attribution and reporting leadership can act on.
- Partner with Sales on lead definitions, account ownership, handoffs, and shared CRM standards.
- Evaluate and lead improvements to Fine Tune's marketing and CRM technology.
- 6 to 8 years in marketing operations, revenue operations, CRM administration, or GTM systems.
- Experience as the named internal owner of a CRM or marketing automation implementation or migration, not just a participant.
- Demonstrated ability to improve data quality, lead routing, attribution, and workflow automation in a B2B environment.
- A strong understanding of how leads, contacts, campaigns, opportunities, and sales activity connect across the funnel.
- Comfort defining requirements and managing outside implementation partners.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Hubspot.
- The ability to work independently and build strong relationships with Sales and Marketing leadership.
