What You Will Do:
- Direct Business Engagement to develop evolving solution architecture that aligns with business needs and enterprise guiding principles.
- Be responsible for defining and co-developing business processes, and solutions for the identified business challenge, and needs.
- Establishing alignment to major programs within the Commercial Process Division and COGMD including modernization initiatives and core processes to streamline our business.
- Lead a team accountable for Data Driven Solutions.
- Employ Automation and AI first thinking.
- Be accountable to ensure successful completion of Solution Architecture on time, on-budget and quality working with diverse global business and IT members across enterprise.
- Be accountable to collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Software Architects and Project Managers to develop the project estimate and staff plan to realize the project goals.
- Manage multiple projects & programs concurrently.
- Lead solution architecture development during project planning, execution & closure phases, including ongoing continuous improvements to evolving architecture needs for business scope.
- Provide stakeholder communication and ongoing solution architecture updates to IT and Business Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and other global architects.
- Resolve issues and drop roadblocks to realize project solution architecture to ensure no delay in project implementation.
- Trusted liaison between business & enterprise IT throughout the life of the new product introduction, implementation, deployment, transition to support and ongoing continuous improvements
What You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (IT), or related discipline is preferred.
- Progressively complex IT system design and development experience in major enterprise IT systems, and cloud platform integrations
- Experience in IT architecture development in both waterfall and agile project methodology.
- Vendor management.
- Collaborative skills working with Business Partners in developing Business Processes, creating Architecture Design Documents and sharing with senior IT and Business leaders.
- Strong understanding and experience with software development Lifecycle and working with IT development team in realizing project solutions.
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adjust plans to evolving business needs.

- Knowledge and experience in project management (Scope, Cost and Time Estimation, Resource Planning etc.)
- Strengths in personal planning, starting actions, delegation, building consensus, decision making, leadership and interpersonal skills areas.
